2025 was a year of structural change for us as we continue to grow in Ontario. From mobile access to promotions, partnerships, and community engagement, we rebuilt how the platform works, with a focus on faster play, smoother access, and a more dependable day-to-day experience.
Here are a few of the changes that reshaped the Betty experience:
In 2025, Betty went mobile-first
Mobile leads the way in Ontario; an industry market report estimates 72% of iGaming play happens on mobile devices. We hear you loud and clear.
For players who prefer a mobile casino experience, we launched native iOS and Android Betty apps last year to replace browsers with performance optimized for phones. This way, players get faster load times, better stability, and smoother play on the go.
We rebuilt promotions, and players showed up
Throughout the year, Betty reworked how promotions functioned, moving away from one-off offers toward systems built for ongoing engagement. That evolution culminated at the end of the year with the Holiday Prize Wall. Demand was high enough that all rewards were claimed within minutes, a clear signal that the new approach to promotions is resonating.
Other loyalty improvements and gamified features like Mystery Boxes created a more consistent rewards experience across the platform.

2,000+ new casino games, smoother play and less friction
We started 2025 with 2,240 games in our game library, and now we have 4,300+ titles to bring the fun and give players more choice. We partnered with studios like Light & Wonder, AGS and Aristocrat to bring popular casino titles like Huff n’ More Puff and new game types like LuckyTap™ to our platform.

Some of the other most important improvements in 2025 were the least flashy. Biometric login reduced friction at sign-in, and platform updates focused on making access to games faster and more reliable.
From Bluesfest to Tiff: Betty’s year in Ontario partnerships
From major cultural events like Bluesfest and Tiff to becoming an official casino partner of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Raptors, Betty is levelling up in Ontario’s entertainment landscape.
At the same time, new provider relationships strengthened the platform itself, expanding the range of online slots available to players in Ontario.

Taking Betty offline with social events across Ontario
In 2025, Betty invested more in showing up beyond the platform. Cash drop scavenger hunts across the GTA got you all talking, and made a few of you richer. We’ve held plenty of giveaways on socials, and in-person activations in Kingston, Barrie and Toronto helped us get to know you better and connect.
The “Make it Rain” machine was a highlight, where you could catch flying cash and exchange it for prizes like TVs, earphones, and tickets to top events. The ultimate prize was $5,000, awarded in all three cities.
Keep an eye on our socials to learn about upcoming events and activations across Ontario – there will be many more!

In 2026, the sky’s the limit
We moved faster, went mobile-first, expanded what you can play, and stepped outside the platform to meet players across Ontario. The result was a year that felt bigger, more connected, and more intentional.
Next year, we’re carrying that momentum forward, with more ways to gamble responsibly and find the fun, wherever you are in Ontario.
